When you arrive you will be transported to the office in Göreme. Depart for Derinkuyu Underground city to visit the huge refugee settlement carved by early Christians. This ancient wonder was used to house thousands as early as the 7th-8th century BC. From Derinkuyu, the tour continues to the beautiful valley of Ihlara, the ancient Peristerema: ‘Valley of Sky’ along the Melendiz River. Explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike 4km through the valley. On the way back you will visit Selime Monastery, the largest monestry cut into the rocks in the region, as well as Pigeon Valley. At the end of the tour, guests are trasferred to the airport to return to Istanbul. Guests are met when they arrive in Istanbul and taken to their hotel via service.
